More sailors were caught stealing oil in a Niger River Delta port. The sailors arrested two photographers trying to take pictures of the theft, but news got out anyway, and led to the arrest of the sailors. Despite several recent arrests of naval personnel, some sailors continue to steal oil, especially since the price of oil has gone over $50 a barrel.
