This is a huge loss for the Khartoum government:
Sudanese state television said a Sudanese military plane crashed on the runway of the airport at Adaryel in south Sudan. 15 people died in the crash, including the deputy defense minister and 11 generals. The TV report said the passengers were inspecting Khatourm government troops based in the area.
