: Khartoums at it again. Sudanese President Omar al-Beshir is accusing NGO aid organizations of implementing the colonization program. He means foreign aid (from governments) and aid organizations (private and public) have some strings attached that he doesnt like, so thats colonialism. Heres a quote from his most recent statement: "We are now suffering a great deal from activities of those organizations which have come to our country clad in charity but many of them sow disputes and encourage subversive acts by some quarters." His key target: NGOs that feed and clothe black African refugees in south Sudan.
