The Sudanese government (Khartoum) accused the SPLA of abducting civilians near Raga. Usually its the SPLA accusing Khartoum of that activity. The Khartoum claim said the abductions (and some executions) occurred in October, just before the Sudanese Army liberated Raga from the SPLA.
