Some 30 officers from Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Russia have gathered in Kyrgyzstan for three days of staff and field training  in preparation of the formation of the Central Asian Rapid Reaction Force. This organization will be used against Islamic rebels in the region.
