Russia is negotiating terms for setting up an airbase outside the capital of Kyrgyzstan. Su-27 fighters, Su-25 ground attack bombers and Mi-8 helicopters would be part of a regional rapid reaction force for use against Islamic terrorists, or popular resistance to the tyrants to run each of the Central Asian nations.
