The US has speeded up the delivery of 200 AIM 120C AMRAAM air-to-air missiles to Taiwan. These missiles enable Taiwanese fighters to more easily defeat the modern Russian warplanes that China has been buying and building. Taiwanese F-16 pilots have already been trained, in the US, on how to use the AIM 120C.
