Taiwan is having trouble getting public support for a $15 billion arms purchase (six batteries of Patriot Advanced Capability (PAC-3) anti-missile missiles, 12 P-3C submarine-hunting aircraft and eight diesel-electric submarines). So the military is running a publicity campaign, which includes vivid descriptions of what it would look like when China fired it's 650 ballistic missiles, aimed at the island, at Taiwanese targets.
