In Kashmir, a rebel threw a grenade into a bunker, leaving one civilian dead and seven wounded. Two policemen were also wounded. Rebels also attacked voters in the local elections. The rebels ordered everyone not to vote. In one village, rebels killed a woman and her two sons for voting anyway.
