Police in Bombay, acting on a tip, caught the man responsible for the August 25 bombings, as he was moving explosives. The subsequent shoot out left four terrorists dead. The bomb making group was made up of Indian Moslems angry over the anti-Moslem violence in Gujarat that has left over 2,000 Moslems dead.
