Although the number of Islamic terrorists in Kashmir has been reduced (by better relations between India and Pakistan, and better security on the border), the attacks continue. Today a car bomb went off, killing six and wounding over 30. More of the terrorist attacks are being directed at Moslems, especially those who formerly actively supported the terrorists. These defections are making it very difficult for the terrorists to operate in parts of Kashmir, and killing the "renegades" is meant to inspire fear, and cooperation.
