The American FBI says that there are still al Qaeda training camps in Pakistan. The Pakistani government denies this. The answer may be that terrorist training camps in Pakistani controlled Kashmir may well train people for al Qaeda, as well as Islamic terrorist organizations operating in Indian Kashmir. There have also been reports of temporary terrorist training camps set up in tribal areas along the Afghan border.
