Indian police have arrested 17 members of Babbar Khalsa International (BKI), a Sikh radical organization dedicated to killing Hindus. BKI was responsible for the bombing of two movie theaters, that were showing a film that offended some Sikhs. BKI was also planning to assassinate senior Hindu government officials.
