India claims that Pakistan has not done enough to stop Islamic terrorists from crossing into Indian occupied Kashmir. In the first 20 days of July, there were eleven such incidents, which left at least 44 infiltrators dead, and many others alive, and inside Kashmir to carry out attacks. India cites much evidence that Pakistan tolerated the reactivation of several terrorist training camps inside Pakistan, not far from the Indian Kashmir border (known as the Line of Control.)
