Moslem and Christian leaders from the Mulukus are meeting in a neutral site to work out a peace deal. The US is offering millions of dollars in aid if they succeed. Intelligence agents have discovered documents indicating how local Moslem radicals would carry out attacks on Western government and commercial sites in the area. Apparently the document was discovered last Fall, but bureaucratic struggles between pro and anti-American factions in the intelligence services have kept the document secret.
