Army troops in Papua are massing on the border of Papua New Guinea. The agreement with Papua New Guinea about control of Papua separatist rebel camps in Papua New Guinea is expiring and Papua New Guinea is afraid that the separatists will act up again and Indonesian troops will cross the border to deal with the camps.
