The navy fired on a Chinese fishing boat and wounded two Chinese sailors. The Chinese were resisting arrest as they illegally fished in Indonesian waters. The navy has been lax in the last few years and Chinese fishing boats have taken advantage of this to scoop up huge quantities of fish. Often at the expense of Indonesian fishermen.
