Police arrested 14 members of the terrorist group Jemaah Islamiyah, including a commander thought to run operations in the southern Philippines and eastern Indonesia. There are thought to be two other Jemaah Islamiyah "commands," one covering Malaysia and Singapore and the third one covering western Indonesia.
