The government continues to arrest and prosecute members of al Qaeda affiliate Jemaah Islamiyah. It's openly acknowledged that the local terrorists are planning new attacks. But the government is still reluctant to go after senior Moslem clerics that preach the kind of fundamentalist Islam that encourages the terrorism.
