The United States has suspended payments to Iraqi resistance movements pending an audit to see how the first four million dollars was spent. It has long been noted that the various Iraqi opposition are as eager to fight each other as they are to oppose Saddam Hussein. Corruption is also a problem, as it is within Iraq (and most of the Middle East.)
