Iraq continues to play games with arms inspectors, and in turn the arms inspectors have come right out and said that the Iraqis have not been cooperating. Iraq has been ordered to destroy it's Al Samud 2 missiles for having a longer (than 150 kilometers) range than allowed by the 1991 ceasefire agreement. Iraq has not said it will obey this order.
