In northern Israel, a bomb went off in a roadside trash bin, but no one was injured. Along the Lebanese coast, Israeli gunboats shot up suspected Hezbollah targets. Israeli artillery in South Lebanon hit targets inland. Israeli jets overflew the area but did not drop bombs.
