Israel will resume its program of hunting down and killing terrorist leaders and technicians. Israel believes that the Palestinian terrorists have no intention of honoring any peace deal, and have not even suspended their terrorist attacks. Israel believes the terrorists are rebuilding their organizations and planning a larger terror campaign against Israel.
