The Ivorian military would begin to pull back from a ceasefire line that cuts through the center of Ivory Coast, with internationally supervised disarmament to begin December 15. The day before, President Laurent Gbagbo decelerated that the civil war is over, after a meeting between military chiefs and the rebels in the capital Yamoussoukro. - Adam Geibel
