North Korea has agreed to sign international anti-terrorism conventions. North Korea has long been accused of terrorism and giving refuge to international terrorists. But North Korea has been getting out of the terrorism business over the last few years, and in the wake of the September 11th attacks has been even more eager to clean up its image.
