Three weeks of six way negotiations failed to reach an agreement. North Korea continues to refuse to get rid of its nuclear weapons programs. The north refuses to allow any verification of any deal, and insists that food aid continues. The north apparently is willing to try and wear down their opposition, while continuing work on their nuclear weapons.
