  The Maoist rebels announced a new blockade, accompanied by more attacks on the army and police. The Maoist military power is more propaganda than reality, but their ability to spread fear is very effective. Although many people are aware that the Maoists are often bluffing, the terror effect of the Maoist "Blockades" is still felt.
