Some 150 Russian neo-nazis, complete with black uniforms and nazi insignia, clashed with police in a Moscow park. The mayor had previously banned nazi gatherings in the city. In Chechnya, a battle in the southeast entered it's second day. At least a dozen Russian troops have been killed, and a larger number of rebels. There are several thousand Russian troops involved and up to 300 rebels.
