Police found and defused a bomb aboard a fuel car on the Trans-Siberian railway. If the bomb and fuel had gone off, the explosion would have equaled several tons of explosives. Since it is unlikely that gangsters are fighting the railroad, it appears to be another attempt by Chechen rebels to cause problems within Russia.
