China agreed to buy $4 billion dollars worth of weapons from Russia, including six diesel subs, two destroyers, 40 Su-30MKK warplanes and an unspecified quantity of S300 PMU2 surface to air missiles and radars. These are among Russia's most modern weapons, and apparently the Chinese have a free hand in copying design features and technology in these weapons.
