Outside an air base in North Ossetia, next to Chechnya, a 40 year old female suicide bomber destroyed a bus full of air force personnel and killed herself and 18 of the 40 people on the bus. The air base supports military operations in Chechnya. This is the third suicide bomber attack in the last month.
Meanwhile, in Chechnya, seven more rebels surrendered.
