Three bombs went off in the city of Krasnodar, which is 500 kilometers west of Chechnya. Three people died. Terrorists are suspected, but it's also quite possible that criminal gangs are responsible, or just local soldiers who like to play with explosives. There are a lot of groups in Russia that use bombs in the course of their work, or entertainment.
