More refugee camps in Darfur were closed off by government troops. Aid workers were told the camps were being moved. Arab militiamen continue to raid the refugee camps, mainly to rape women there. The refugees have little left to steal. The Darfur rebels are responding by stopping traffic on the roads and kidnapping, or killing Arabs.
