Uganda: March 12, 2003

Southern Ugandan politicians claims that both Rwanda and Uganda are massing troops on their common border. Military sources in both countries deny these allegations, although tensions have risen since Uganda accused a "third country" of supporting UPC rebels during the recent battle for Bunia. The UPC has vowed to retake the city. - Adam Geibel
