The Russian Vertikal-T airline intends to file a lawsuit against the Sudanese authorities who detained their Mi-26T. The Russian helicopter was scheduled to leave early on the 4th, but was delayed by a thunderstorm. The "Halo" heavy lift helicopter then flew to Luxor, Egypt, and from there continue on to the Congo. - Adam Geibel
