Greece has ordered a dozen C-27J Spartan tactical airlifters, which are produced as a joint venture between the US and Italy. (The C-27J is an upgrade of the Italian G-222.) This is the first export sale of the C-27J; the Italian Air Force ordered a dozen to start production. The C-27J draws on technology from the C-130J Hercules program, and uses the same engines and propellers. (The C-27J uses two engines; the C-130J uses four.)--Stephen V Cole
