 The government won't talk about the other 15 missing European tourists, but apparently does know the general area they are in and is either trying to negotiate with the group holding them, or planning another rescue attack. It is believed that the other Europeans are being held in hills near the Libyan border. Negotiations to ransom the captive tourists apparently broke down over the huge sums (over $20 million per tourist) that were being demanded.
