 With fewer Islamic radicals to worry about, the government is now devoting more police resources to other threats, like angry students. At least a third of the students won't be able to find jobs when they graduate. Bribing a government official is known to solve the unemployment problem, and this makes students angrier. Today there were riots over the shortage of housing (there are, on average, eight people in each house and apartment), leaving three dozen students injured, and six policemen.
