2005: In two attacks, Islamic terrorists killed three soldiers and a policeman.
Since 2000, some 6,000 Islamic radicals have accepted
government amnesty deals. But several hundred are holding out, still killing,

approves the new amnesty arrangement. But several thousand Islamic radicals have
fled Algeria, and can be found in other Moslem countries, and in Europe, where
many are still involved in planning Islamic terrorism.
