Separatist violence in Aceh left seven rebels dead. The army has resumed it's aggressive patrols of  villages in areas where separatists are active. This often results in civilians being killed by troops, who often shoot first and investigate later. There is also a problem with pro-government informers accusing innocent people of being separatist supporters.
