The South Korean defense minister, and a senior general, resigned because of how they handled a North Korean ship intrusion into South Korean waters on July 14th. The defense ministry leaked to the media that the North Korean warship had attempted to pass themselves off as a Chinese fishing boat. This angered the South Korean government. The government tries to keep quiet information about North Korean lies and deceptions, because the North Koreans become harder to deal with when stuff like this comes out.
