North Korea continues to play hardball in negotiations about dismantling it's nuclear weapons and ballistic missile programs. The north has also refused to pursue peace talks with the south, instead making demands for food and other aid. Despite obvious evidence to the contrary, North Korea has told the UN that it will not require food aid after 2005.
