 The Netherlands, responding to the NPA being declared a terrorist organization, has blocked the groups Dutch bank accounts. This will weaken the organization, as it's leadership and fund raising was based in the Netherlands. The Netherlands is considering Filipino requests to extradite some 30 NPA leaders who live in Holland.
