The Globovisin/Prensa IND/GRC reported on 13 September that more Cuban "technicians" arrived in Venezuela. They are widely believed to be "Castro" agents helping prepare for a totalitarian dictatorship led by Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez. Chavez has already stated publicly that he intends to rule at least until 2021. - Adam Geibel
