Warlord General Morgan has agreed to rejoin the negotiations to form a new government. Morgan had been the one major warlord who refused to participate in the new government. But in the last few weeks, Morgan was defeated in his attempts to take control of the port of Kismayo. In Mogadishu, clashes between warlord gunmen left at least seven dead.
