When the tidal waves hit the coast two months ago, it displaced industrial wastes that had been illegally dumped in Somalia. Warlords had seen letting foreign brokers dump this stuff as a quick way to make money. But now the stuff, some of it radioactive, is all over the coast, making people sick and ruining the fishing.
