Three Islamic radical groups have been spotted in Somalia, but their membership is tiny (less than a hundred members). These men have killed several foreign aid workers, and many more Somalis and are inspired by what is going on in Iraq. But no foreign army is willing to come to Somalia to help keep the peace, and give the Somali "holy warriors" some targets. Moreover, Somalia has never been very hospitable to Islamic radicals.
