Here's some diplo speak, but significant diplo speak. A spokesman for Turkey's foreign ministry said that in terms of bi-lateral territorial disputes in the Aegean Greece and Turkey were "modifying stances in the essence." What does that mean? It means Athens and Ankara have agreed to serious discussions about the niggling boundary issues in the Aegean.
