Pakistan conducted it's  third test of its Hatf-III ballistic missile. With a range of 290 kilometers, this missile is intended as one means of delivering nuclear warheads against Indian targets. Nuclear armed missiles are important, as they cannot be shot down, as can aircraft carrying nuclear bombs.
