Baluchi tribesmen, in Pakistan's southwest, bombed a government office, killing one passerby and wounding four others. At the same time, the U.S. government has warned its citizens to avoid traveling to Pakistan because of intelligence information indicating likely terrorist attacks against American citizens in Pakistan.
